Went chasing a creak and finally found it when I swapped the rear wheel out. Only happens out of the Saddle from 3 to 6 o clock on the DS.

Nothing obvious looking it over. The wheel looks true. Removed and replaced the cassette and disc, no change.

Creaky spokes? Not enough tension? It's a bdop disc kit with 28 spoke xr31ts novatec disc hub and sapim spokes.

Try lubing the quick release.

+1 on lubing the quick release. Especially if it's external cam.

My creak was also the QR! Some grease and all quiet! I would check these.

Thanks... greased the cam and dropouts and no more creaks.

Never had to throw some grease at the skewer before.

Bearings are still super smooth on these. I've had good luck with cheap hubs so far.
