Hi guys i am looking for some deep section wheels for my madone 9 i have looked at these 3 options whats your thoughts.
I use bora ultra on my other bike.

first link (RC55) hidden nipples+tubular = bad idea
second link (ZIPP) no info about weight, probably ok
third link (EC90) out of stock?

EC90 front and rear wheel seperate in stock
Not sure about zipp as i have heard they had hub problems not sure which year that was.

Not sure if its still valid, but Zipp will replace the hubs for free (shipping included) if you're hub was affected.
The Journey is more important than the Destination!

Zipp 77/177 hubs weren't part of the recall. The price is decent, too.

I bought the EC90's last year when they went under £1,000. Good wheels (I certainly haven't found anything wrong with them so far), bang on the claimed weight but two things to note -
1) Make sure your brakes can stretch round them (mine do, fully released with the adjuster open),
2) If you ride TT's then you need to consider that road bike TT's in the UK usually have a rim limit of 50mm.
