Considering a used 2013 Fulcrum Red Wind H50 XLR CULT wheelset. The rear wheel has a Shimano freehub, and I'm running Campy. My Fulcrum racing 3 wheelset has a Campy freehub, but not sure it's compatible on the Red Wind? Thanks in advance!

I believe that these both use a version of Campagnolo's OS axle cup and cone hubs (ie the good ones).

There was a change to the axle around 2007. If both hubs are post-2007 then you should be fine.

Remember that the freehub retaining nut is reverse threaded. Then it's easy to swap.
There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?

One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.
