Racing 0 tubeless vs Bora one 50 tubular

Hi everybody,
I apologize for he stupid question, I know these are different wheels and shouldn't be compared one to the other. However, I have both and I can't decide which one to use for my next sprint tri race. The bike section is short with a decent uphill, 300 meters of vertical gain. In my mind I was going to use the Bora which are also a little lighter than the R0 but in practice I feel (and strava seems to confirm) that I am a little faster on the R0...would it make sense to you? Could the different tyre/tubular influence how both wheels feel and perform?
Racing zero 2-wayfit (2015) with Schwalbe pro one tubeless 23 and Bora one 50 tubular with Veloflex Carbon 23
