I'm pretty sure the "LG" models denoted 17mm inner rim width. The outer was something along the lines of 23mm

So I would expect it to marginally narrower.

Exactly :D So I guess I'll have pirelli tires for winter :D Thanks for help !

Late feedback for someone looking for same information. After 2000 km and 100 psi 4S on fulcrum racing quattro 17C rims tire width is 28.5 mm. Still not rubbing into my frame so everything is ok. So around 3.5 mm more than specified. I wonder 28 mm is effectively 30 mm ? :D

on a huge 23mm internal width rim (30mm outside):
Pirelli Pzero Velo 25c -> 29.8mm
Pirelli Pzero Velo 28c -> 30.89mm

The 28c is noticeably taller, as expected though.
