Fulcrum Racing S-19 Light

Made for Specialized. New for 2016, I think. Downgrade or upgrade from the Fulcrum 4? Anyone have info.

This review says they are un upgrade to Fulcrum 4's. He wasn't impressed with them but they're good enough for the crap roads where I live for the daily grind.
