Would 200gr savings in wheels make a noticeable difference?

I felt a noticeable difference in going from Mavic Krysium Elite's to Shimano Dura Ace C-24's. Problem is although they are lighter the construction is also very different, so assigning the performance improvement to the weight difference may not be correct. On its own 200 grams should not matter all that much. The classic example is to discuss whether you ride faster or slower with that bottle of water attached to your bike says it all.

200g less is enough to feel a big difference in acceleration IMO but not much in performance over time. The overall feeling of a lighter wheelset is also noticeable although sometimes is hard to explain

Wheels that spin well and/or are stiff will feel light more than light wheels will feel light.
I like this analogy! Have ENVE 4.5's. Love the feel and stiffness. Considering a set of Roval 32's for climbing, but being 190 lb sprinter-type, I'm concerned they may feel noodley.
