Does anybody what hubs are on these wheels?

I'm pretty sure the rims are from Carbonfan:

But the cost of getting a wheelset direct from Carbonfan with DT SWiss 350 disc hubs is about the same as getting it from Scribe so wondering whether it's better to get a DT Swiss hub vs local support and warranty in he UK.

Edit: as corrected by Bm0p700f, 2:1 on a rear disc weel isn't viable, not enought space for a good balance.

What you get with Scrib wheelset isn't only the local support, is the 2:1 pattern front and rear, something not common but very clever.
The geometry between disc hubs in general is pretty close so the difference is more about bearing but for a vast majority of hub is better to switch to SKF, NTN, etc (even for DT Swiss).

Guys, which depth and inner/outer diameter of rim is perfect for 32mm tyre and 25km/h (for bikepacking style) ?

I'm using 38m mdeep, 28mm wide rims & 28c tires. on my gravel bike. 30c or wider tires just feel sluggish.
Since I'm using 1x, the aero benefit is not as much of a priority vs durability.

I would think the sluggish feel is due to the relatively narrow inner width of those rims. Rims in the 21-25mm inner width would be much better suited for such tires. I am riding the 2020 Schwalbe Pro Ones in 700x30 inflated to 75/78 psi, on a set of Nox Composites wheels with 21mm inner width, and find the ride very good.

Actually, the sluggish feel is from the weight difference between 28c vs 30c tires; at least 100g difference in each tire.

Anyone used XDB shipping to North America? It seems to get to Canada in a week, then has been sitting at the airport for 3 weeks waiting for UPS to pick it up. Very frustrated

For bikepacking trips, you cannot choose the weather. If it is windy, you still need to ride, so handling is important.

I rode 32mm tyres for 15 days of backpacking last year, and chose a 28mm wide rim with 36mm depth. Since then I have purchased some 32mm wide, 50mm depth rims. I now have many thousands of km of riding on this combination, including windy conditions. Since the match between the tyre width and rim width is almost perfect, they handle side winds even better than the shallower, narrower wheels. Next bikepacking trip, I will use the 32mm wide rims.

Based on your weight, and how windy your expected trip is, you may want to choose 35mm or 45mm deep wheels for less side wind input, but either way, go for the widest rims you can.

In March 2020 I did 3 Peaks Challenge, 235km and 4400m climbing average at 25km/h with the WR50 wheels and 28mm Vittoria Corsa G2.0 tubeless. Width as Measured is 30.9mm.

While bikepacking in 2019 with my AR36 wheels, 8kg of packs on the bike, and 100km each day, average was only 21km/h

My WR50 wheels with 28mm tyres are definitely faster than my AR36 wheels with 28mm tyres. The extra width helps with a smoother transition from the tyre to the wheel, and extra depth helps also. On a local descent, I have done more than 50 times I have set new PRs on these wheels with similar Power Meter data.

I don’t think they exist yet. Maybe Enve will release a 5.6AR for Kanza 2021. Maybe LB will release the rumored WR65. Maybe Zipp will release a hookless 404.
