you got extra tire width and height.
Both make it require more force to lean.
Width is easy to see why.
Height, increase effective Trail value, which also slow down the bike handling.

I also prefer how i feel with Pirelli tires and even Continental tires over the Schwalbe.
Maybe try to overinflate to 65-70psi for a ride and see how you feel?

lower pressure without higher rolling resistance , or pinch flat

I don't think it's tire pressure related
but more due to schwalbe compound
they are okayish but not as great as my GP4000S2

Light-Bycicle RR46C02 are 460g+/-15 in rim brake version and you can ask LB to pick lightest rims out of several batches if your rim parameters are popular enough, so ~445g should be possible. But it's not exactly an "U-shape" and the width is wider at 28mm. I run these and Cyberhubs in disc flavor, btw.

My LB disc 56mm rims ultra wide UD matt
weight 459 and 461 gr so they respect weight

unless you're sure you can have the 45mm at 445 gr
i would go for the 56mm if they weight the same as the 45 mm

I have a 2010 and 2012 Scott Foil and I'm looking at getting two sets of 25mm rims from Farsports, but am trying to confirm that I won't have any clearance issues if I mount 25mm tires and having trouble finding the internal rim width and/or anyone who has had experience with wider rims on earlier Foils. Anyone know if 25mm wide works on Foils or should I stick with 23mm?

Thanks, but I don't want the wider V-shaped 46/56-rims from LB, because my bet is that they are less aero than the U-shaped 25mm wide rims.

I'm also gonna build a wheelset with 65-70mm deep front wheel and a 80-90mm deep rear wheel (also carbon clincher). LB's 65mm is the best front alternative I've found so far, but their 88 mm rims are either wider or narrower, so I'm open for other suggestions too?

I assume you are running them on a disc brake bike. I think they look great and test very well in Hambini's very recently released test. I'd buy a set if I had a disc brake bike but they won't fit in my calipers. I think I am going to go with the WR46C02 instead.

Actually just mounted the rotors. Tires, and cassette.
My frameset is at the painters shop.

This picture is my wheel on a loaner Exploro.

For now I mounted some 34c WTB Exposure's.
3T Bailout cassette and Ultegra 140mm rotors.

Based on the 105% rule, I'd bet the wider LB rims are more aero than the 25mm U shape, assuming your tyre width measures anything over 24mm wide.
