Wait, I meant 3k weave on your carbon wheels violates rule #82 and is totally blingtarded. It'll take 1 mph off your average speed and girls won't talk to you.

my track wheels are matte UD and my road clinchers are gloss UD. the matte looks the better of the 2 out of the box. the gloss actually looked a bit gaudy at first but built into wheel with silver spokes it looks nice. it also suits the colours of the bike it's on and once it got a little dirty and the brake surface scrubbed up a little it looked really good.

personally, if buying again, i'd probably just go the matte UD because it's just a little more understated and a bit more subtle but it's totally a preference thing because none of them are likely to look bad...
