Sealant: Joe's - 70g
Tires: Maxxlite 29 - 694g
Adding up to a total of 7609g suspended and 6694g rigid.
Changes I had to make:
Expander: I stripped the bolt, and the stem could not hold on tight enough to keep the headset properly in place. I had a heavy FSA expander laying around
Crankset: I could not get the Lightning to fit properly, so I bought an XX
Wheels: Had some problems with the Extralite/crest, so bought Race gold
Pedals: Eggbeater 4ti's developed a LOT of play after many years of service, swapped for XTR
Changes to come.
New wheels. Hopefully something just below 1300gms and with carbon rims to make them stiffer: -30g
New pedals: I now work in a shop that sells eggbeaters, so I'm buying some 2's and some aftermarket ti spindles: -98g
Maybe new chainrings: Tune for sram XX: -22g
New expander: Extralite ultrastar + lightweight carbon topcap: -37g
Still heavier than what I started with due to heaaavy crankset, but just below 7.5kg suspended and just above 6.5 rigid. I've also looked around to find the Apro-tek MC709ca to save 200gms :O

Hey Martin - you need to let us see your smaller frame
This bike went through a reverse diet after some failed and misfit parts.
First I couldn't get the crankset to work, so I went from 561g Lightning to 745g Sram XX - a 184g gain
Then my trusty old 4ti's died on me after several rebuilds, so I went from 168g 4ti to 306g XTR - a 138g gain
Then I had some problems with the FRM expander and the non-bolted topcap, so I went from 4g+3g = 7g to 55g FSA expander + spacer - a 48g gain
So my bike was at a total of 7605g for a while, but now it's time to update it. This is what it looks like right now

I bought a new bolt and topcap for the FRM expander, and I'm going to buy a slam that stem topcap or a veloflyte one + cut the steer tube a bit more. New expander weight is 21g + 7g spacers. Trimming the topcap + removing some spacers should bring me down another 8-10g, so a total reduction of around 35g
I will most likely buy some eggbeater 2's and titanium spindles for them, or maybe just a titanium spindle for the XTR. Recommendations appreciated.
I've not been superhappy with the race gold wheels, so I'm upgrading them. Here's the start. I've bought some Light-bicycle rims promised below 360g, and they will be laced most likely with Megalite SS on the high-tension side, and X-tra lite titaniums on the low-tension side. The wheels should weigh around 1240g, and that will shed 70g + add stiffness.

Don't you mean 1224-1234 grams? rims looks good - looking forward to hear about how they perform. Would be nice with a pair of carbon rims.
New parts! Wheelset is taped rear, non-taped front. Assuming 5g tape pr wheel, it adds up to 1248g wheelset including tape, and 1238g bare wheels. Handlebar is 640mm wide and bar-end friendly.

Great wheels, Martin - had a chance to test them?
No, haven't tested them yet. Waiting for some yellow tape, I ran out 15 cm before valve hole on 2nd wheel
I also have bought eggbeater 3's and titanium spindles. Still have to weigh the spindles as they haven't arrived yet, but I should end up around 7550g suspended, and sub 6.5kg rigid. Now, where to shed some more weight to get down to original target?
