And no one noticed one of the finer details on that Serotta, the custom ti quill Serotta stem.
I have one of those very stems sitting in a spare box and think it is time to rebuild my old steel frameset...

Very nice build there

Thanks- and well spotted!

Here are some photographs of the progression from damaged frame to complete bike, if anyone is interested: http://www.flickr.com/photos/8131181@N0 ... 552632534/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

All work done by Talbot Frameworks in Crystal Palace, London.

That is a fine looking bike, well done.

Do you mind if I put up a picture of your bike on my blog?

Hi,

1990 Stowe Triad frame was hanging forlornly in my garage for over a decade after many attempts to sell it. Realized I had enough parts to build it up with semi-modern parts (2005 Chorus-10):

Haven't ridden it yet but anxious to do so. Unfortunately, I only have this coming Saturday available and it's supposed to rain. :(
Thanks.

Not the best pic of, but my wife has a couple Speedvagen CX bikes. They are sweet! But she has been cheating on them and riding a Ridley carbon bike a bit more this season. :)
