And i completely understand that you would rather show us a professionally made photograph.
I have always had a soft spot for metal bikes and this one is definitely in the top 5! Love the purple details!
I do however agree that the cages look a bit out of place. But as a metal fan i can see why you would run those cages, they are fantastic.

Thats a very pretty bike, for what its worth i would keep the cables as they are as well. The colour scheme is, perhaps, slightly early 90's retro - but thats no bad thing and having violet cables is perfectly in keeping with this. The chosen colours work well with the frame geo, materials and other components. Nice!
I'm thinking that Baum seem to be filling the gap left by Klein for beautiful paint schemes? So much nicer than some of the more mass produced bikes out there.

It was designed with 15mm of spacers in for adjustability - there's 20mm on there now.
I have neck and shoulder trouble which improves and worsens at will so need to be able to change it if I'm uncomfortable.

I actually got the measurements wrong too - back down to 15mm already, and it looks like I may even be able to drop down to just a 10mm spacer 
I had missed this one.

I understand the hate against spacers, but, isn't it better for the whole frame to be designed around a bit smaller HT??
I mean, considering stiffness and "responsiveness", must be better to drop 2 cm of HT and get some spacers?
Plus, it looks like he's trying to improve his own "flexiness" to throw away spacers progessively.
