Colnago C59 build questions

After getting hit by a car on my Colnago Extreme Power a few months ago, I have finally received my insurance $$ (thank god my uncle is an attorney) and am in the process of piecing together my new Colnago C59.
I am 186cm (with long arms) and although my EP was a 58 traditional, I'm ordering the frame next week and am probably going to go with a 54s for the new bike (I've read some of the threads and yes, I know you all have strong opinions either way). I'm going to get the MTBK (matte black) frame, but am having trouble finding a couple parts that will compliment the finish, specifically a seat post and a stem. Any ideas?
As of now, here are the parts that I have assembled:
Groupset: Campy SuperRecord 2011
Handlebar: FSA K-Force Carbon Compact 44cm
Saddle: Selle Italia Flite, red
Wheelset: Mavic Cosmic Carbone SLR Clincher 2011 (waiting for my shop to get them in)
Tires: Conti GP4000S
Pedals: Look Keo Carbon Blade
Helmet: Catlike Whisper Plus, matte black
Look forward to all of your opinions.

What about EDGE/ENVE carbon seatpost + stem and unlabel them?
Colnago also has matte carbon seatpost.
As far as I know it is matte. Didnt see it in flesh though, just pics.

I'm biased about the bars because I have the Al versions of them and I love the bend and they work really well for me. If you go with that bar, then go with an FSA stem (I have the OS115 but the K-Force stem would look the best with that bar). For the seatpost, I would initially say go with a matching post, but I don't thing the gloss carbon/white red post would match well with that, maybe it would, but I would check your shop to see if they have one you can test out. Could go with a Campy post or the matte black Colnago one.
Other option for bar and stem would be the Deda compact bar and matching stem.

Do note that the standard Colnago post only has a setback of 15mm, if you need more, would strongly suggest getting another seatpost with the appropriate setback.
I ran into that and had to change for a Deda SuperZero ( 21mm setback) as I couldn't get the saddle far back enough to be comfortable in pedalling.

I know there is a pic on the net of matte C59 with FSA components and it looks great. I think I have this pic stored on my computer at the job. I`ll find it tomorrow...
As promised...
