I had two saddles crack – one at the rails and one on the saddle itself. But, Berk were great about swapping them without fuss. I'm only 63kg, so it's not like it was my fat arse's fault.

should probably think about oval rails next time.. just took delivery of my second round-rail one too :x

fyi 61kgs torqued at 4NM w/ torque wrench
I'm same weight and haven't seen/heard anything like this on my 2 different Lupina carbon w/round rails (using standing Pinarello mount). Did you hear it creaking before removal and inspection?
I was on the trainer with headphones on and noticed that the saddle seemed higher than normal. When I finished I looked at it and it appeared to be tilted upwards and that's when I noticed the cracks at the rails. I've been using it since ~June and it's been fine until now :noidea:

Cool, I sent them an email.. maybe I can get both swapped with oval rails next time just in case (haven't ridden on the other one). I'd be happy to pay for shipping

I need to compare with my nago evo before ordering.
Thanks all

Length of my 150 Lupina padded is right at 28cm, width of the nose pretty close to the end (it continues to taper down a little) is around 35-36mm using calipers.

Just received custom made Dila saddle. I've asked for possibly lightest version with "grippy" surface to prevent sliding.

First impression: stunning build quality, very clean. Great piece of craftmanship and engineering. Jure fullfiled the task in 100%. See the photos.

Looking forward to ride it over the weekend. I'll report how it actually performs.
Any report yet?

I see the nose width is listed at 60mm (not sure at what point measured, but wider than the Lupina). Would love to hear a report.

Got to compliment Berk on going above and beyond.

Contacted Jure about the type of padding he uses on his saddles as was looking to cover one of mine. Was just enquiring about density or if there was a brandname I could find locally. Instead they to send some to em if I covered shipping to australia (15 euro). When the package turned up there was enough to pad 3 saddles with 3 pieces of leather included as well. Incredible. Couldn't buy the stuff here for that price. Thanks again.

First ride yesterday on the Berk Dila padded. came from Prologo C3 and inmediadely I noticed the lower pressure overall. bit of a problem with the wide nose to turn my sitbones down forward. I lowered the nose a bit and goin to try again. Overal comfort is far greater than any saddle I have ridden before (Selle Italia Flite, SLR, Fizik K:ONE, Arione, Antares 00)
