Still have some upgrades coming:

LW Gen 3 with FMB Silk
THM Clavicula crankset
Look Keo HM Ti Ironman
Blue bolts/QR's and Lockring
White hoods (i have BTP normal and carbon, but I don't like the feel of them)

I am also going to sand the logo from the stem.

Some classic stuff would make it a bit better for me (Selle italia SLR, full bar tape, black Nokons).

But it's a lovely bike.

I'm especially a HUGE fan of the frame, it's gorgeous !
Harder, better, faster, stronger, LIGHTER !

LOVE the bike

HATE the half bar tape - I think Bike Snob NYC sums it up best - makes it look like an erect dog penis

I know this is weightweenies, and that is one light ride, but come on...

That frame is gorgeous, although I'd rather see classic seatstays but the internal cables and classic geometry makes it awesome.

Very nice indeed. Also for me the nicest Rue I've seen. Only change would be black cables and full black bartape. Well done.

Here are some details:

Frame: Ruegamer Zen, seattube: 565mm, toptube: 540mm, headtube: 140mm

Wheelset: LW Gen1 16/20 (LW Gen3 12/20 on order)
Tires: LW Conti Competition (FMB Silk on order)
QR's: Carbon-Ti (same in Blue on order)
Stem: Giant Carbon Composite 105mm (will remove the decals)
Bar: ITM 101 Classic, 42cm
Bartape: 1 roll of White cork tape :D
Seatpost: New Ultimate Carbon
Seat: Ax-Lightness Sprint
Seatclamp: Rue (BTP or FRM in blue coming)
Brakes: KCNC (BTP carbon holders on order)
Shifters: Campa Record with BTP clamps (white hoods on order)

Bottlecage: BTP 9g

I haven't got a weight yet, but will post that when I am finished with the planned upgrades.

I haven't got a cost estimate either, and I don't really want to think about it :) , but I get most parts at dealercost. Still it's a big amount, parts like LW, THM, AX and Campa don't offer huge discounts for dealers.

By the way: Anyone recognize the logo on the headtube and seattube?
I think there should be at least two people on this board that should be able to recognize it, based on their avatar or screenname.

Thats a really amazing looking bike. I like it. The graphics are subtle but very cool. Look forward to seeing the weight.
