Handlebar- Tavelo Avro 380 x 130 - 347g
Seat- Ryet - 120g
Seatpost- Elita One 350mm

Tires- Conti GP5K TT 30mm, I want to say they measured at 250g/piece

Rotors- Aliexpress stuff out of a drawer, 100g/piece + 6 bolt to centerlock adapters
Crankset- Quarq DZERO 170mm
Chainrings- Extralite 50/34
Bottlecages- AE XXX ripoffs, 15g each I think
Computer mount- Tavelo OEM, didn't measure
Going for first ride some time this week. Next steps:
Adjust shifter positions
True rear wheel
Swap 50/34 for Extralite 48T narrow/wide 1x
Lighter AE rotors & sintered pads
A little bummed the weight isn't lower; my old rim brake Dengfu with ~1700g Elitewheels 60mm wheels, Dura Ace/105 hodgepodge groupset, alloy stem, heavy seat and cheap AE crankset is only 7.5kg. But man does the new bike look good. Hoping the integrated cables help at high speed and the 30mms help with comfort. I think there's room for 32s but I will chill for now.
Got it out for a first legit ride, some thoughts
- Needs 10W less to do one of my regular loops at 18.9 MPH (173 vs 183W average). I think it's mainly the integrated front end, but there are a lot of quick sharp climbs on my loop and it does seem snappier
- On the fence about going down to 48T from 50T on the chainring. I'm a little out of shape so I do need the help on lower gears but I might switch back to the 50 when I get back on form.
- Fit is accidentally a bit more aggressive than previous bike- prob 15mm lower and 10mm longer at the front. Actually feels more comfortable. I really like it.
- Hoping the GP5K TTs are not super delicate. Caught a flat in the rear with a TPU tube but I'm thinking that was due to a faulty install. New tube is holding air OK. Had some sketchy moments around curves when the pressure was low.
- GOLDIX super light (~130g for 11-34T) cassette shifts great, we will see how it holds up
Overall I'm really enjoying the build; hoping KCNC rotors will help get the weight around 6.7kg but I probably won't feel much of anything with that change. Also need to get the rear wheel trued up.

Pretty good so far, def feels lightweight. Could probably be stiffer for power transfer but it rides smooth. Very comfortable. I was expecting the worst with the high seat stay but I think the Elite One seat post might be a little floppy. Gonna try my other seat post to see if the feel is different.
Final price came to about $3K with assembly. So I probably saved 1 Canyon Ultimate 105 in cost Rotors are def 160, could just be the design.
Better photos. Really enjoying it. I feel like the BB area isn't super strong and maybe the Elita One seatpost is a little floppy. But the front end is great and I just love the paint.
