I got myself a color sample of a 2025 Cube Agree C:62 in size 56cm. General idea was to get a frameset and put some of the private leftovers I accumulated over the years on it and sell the whole thing. But this has turned out be more of a winterbike, that I might sell in Spring, but maybe not. Time will tell.
The Agree is marketed more as an Endurance bike, but is not overly comfy or laid back. It's stiff and a bit longer than you would like from a GT bike. As a matter of fact, the bike handels almost like my TCR or gorgeous Propel with the Geometry being similiar and my fit exactly the same (more an that later on). The Agree has also some of the Aero-Cues of the Litening C:68 Aero bike, so no wonder it feels similar to a Propel Adv Pro.
The bike is already ready to ride, but not everything is locked in. I'll post some of the more interesting build stuff over the next few days, rather than dumping everything at once.

Frameset
There's no way around it, that thing is overweight. A theme that will carry on for all frame specific parts, but with a bit of tinkering, is an easy way to save a lot weight.
Frame: 1265g (including FD mount, Seatpost clamp, DM hanger)
Fork: 462g (uncut), 432g (cut)
Headset and Spacers: 94g
I've got a size 56cm, Geo compared to my Propel (and TCR)

Headset & Cockpit
Since the frameset is so overweight, I decided early on to shed some weight by using some left over parts. Using a EXS R175 and Giant Contact SLR was the easy choice here. Saving around 169g over the stock combination of stem (256g) and Newmen Wing Bar (233g).
This meant also to modify the headset spacer for the Giant stem, to have a somewhat nice looking transition.
