As has been said before, this is a stunning build-up on a lovely frame.
Great attention to detail & execution. The final pics make me wish I could throw a leg over this fine bicycle.

Try looking at the Ti-Parts Titanium catalogue. They have a variety of screws and bolts. Also ready-made kits for the various groups

All the screws are lightest possible :)

ALUMINUM
-extralite 12.1 for bottle cages and FD hanger
-extralite 12.2 for pulley wheels and FD
-extralite hypercap for headset
-ashima for rotors
-oem RD direct mount
-oem caliper pads retainers
-FD/RD limit screws
-carbon-ti chainrings bolts
-custom levers nuts

TITANIUM
-oem darimo for seatpost and stem
-oem clavicula left crank
-titaniumplanet brake hoses nuts
-titaniumplanet drilled calipers bolts
You mention hypercap for the top cap but it looks like you have a carbon top cap with hyper bolt. What is the concave top cap you’re using?

BTW, I live the shots with all your parts laid out. Very impressive and a great spread.

That's not cut... if anything it's heavier by 3g from what Darimo quote in 27.2mm, 250mm long;

I've made a spreadsheet detailing the weight differences from a stock orbea to this build, mainly because I'd like to see which parts saved a lot of weight (spoiler: it's all of them). It looks like a sore with certain system weights having to have it's own column; I couldn't source info for smaller parts of the stock build. If anyone could make the spreadsheet tidier, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, that is a very interesting and deep insight into what you did. Good basis to pick and choose for my own optimizations. May I make a copy of the sheet?

go for it, I think you can do it from the "file" drop down menu on the upper left corner
