Very maticulious build for every element you really know your stuff and did your research. This is really next level.
Any thoughts on Trickstuff beta vs standard Shimano BH90? I know its a bit lighter per meter from R2 claims but curious about stiffness ID and how easy it is to kink and any other standout differences.
Also would love to see more info on the battery mod. Did you get a different cell or just reshell?

Lighter, more "malleable" but because of the Kevlar I understand that it will withstand more pressure than the BH90. As for connectors, the Shimano insert without problems. First time using it but plug&playOtterSpace wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 6:34 pmVery maticulious build for every element you really know your stuff and did your research. This is really next level.

battery only reshell, if I to need to save more weight, change the hub connector and cells of course
Looked through the thread and full well could have glanced right over it but what size is the frame? Looks middle of the road is it a 53 or a 55? Really impressed to see it actually on the scale at 725. Definitely swaying me towards this bike even if I'll be on a big boy 57Sportastic wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2024 11:45 amI just came from the bikefitting for order stem and seatpost. Finally ix2 110mm, ellipse 400mm and t1 loop 250mm. Long wait for drag

Orbea says 750 for 53 so you can expect increases of 25 more or less through the sizes
