Long time lurker, first time poster.

Last year bought second hand a 2020 Specialized Venge Pro. Compared to my previous Canyon Ultimate, not really an ideal weight weenie bike but good for the type of rising I do. I'm quite tall, so frame is a size 61.

Ridden it a little bit over last summar, so making some changes.

Didn't get on with the Sram Force, so switched to 12 speed Ultegra which I think saves a little
Used my existing 9100 crankset with stages left side power meter
Upgraded saddle to Pro Griffon Team (167g) compared to stock Specialized Power Pro (211g). Planning to switch to a Pro Stealth Team at a similar weight.
Elite Leggero bottle cages (15g each)
Planning to switch to latex inner tubes in the spring
Also switched all the stem bolts to titanium - every littler bit counts!

Stock Roval CL50 are pretty light for a 50mm wheel (around 1.5kg) and don't want to go hookless, so not loads of options for something lighter at the same depth. Bar/stem proprietary, 40cm Roval Rapide bars. So not that much to be changed there to be honest.

Weights are just quoted, haven't weighed everything.

Still a work in progress but looking forward to things getting warmer here in the UK so I can get out on it again. Will post some better photos when I get them.

Any suggestions/questions let me know!

Importantly forgot to add - currently 7.92kg which I think is decent for a disc large aero bike!
