I am still waiting for darimo seatpost and stem from r2-bike, they shall arrive end of this month hopefully.

i decided not to use the extralite upper headset part that comes with the frame and opted for normal one with slam that stem ultralight cover - it is only ~10g more but easier servicable than extralite micro bearings.

I will use rear xx long cage derralieur tuned with kcnc ceramic wheels and red front derralieur + xx 11-36 casette. it takes another 20 g of penalty but offers me a 34/36 gear that i can use to climb 29% hill with high cadence

will post build photos as soon as the darimo parts arrive

frame is 589g only :)

i really hope to reach around 4,6 kg on tubular wheels without compromising durability - so no fancy brake cables / liners (i plan to use jagwire polished cables and nokon) and driveabilty (eebrakes wich really works vs fibula wich works altough alternate way ;-) )

Finally the darimo parts arrived - so i can move forward with the build
- unfortunately kcnc ti casette 11-36 10 speed is unobtanium :( so i have to settle on sram
- i am still thinking wether to use classic red + carbon chain cathcher on ti bolt or yaw one FD
if time permits (and kmc sl chain arrives) i shall have it ready by the end of the weekend
here is how it looks now:

Hello, did you make that repair stand adapter yourself?

I have two workstands and none of them is able to hold bike dropout-style and i am afraid of cracking the frame if i mount it via seat tube or top tube, and darimo does not permit to use seatpost to hang a bike)- this one is quite old and not used now - i so i decided to make an adapter to be able to hold the bike via fork and under the support, i have used an old pad from tt handlebar under the support and car fork dropout holder from local auction that i got for 1$ ;-) and a L shaped aluminium bar.

i am thinking of getting feedback spotrts sprint repair stand to match my omnium overdrive trainer that i use on the races

Here she is - Fork will be cut after bikefit session and bartape will be installed then. i will make a better photos after fitting.

At the moment it is 4.700g but there is a few things that i would like to replace :
-> Casette into KCNC ti mtb 10 speed 11-36. (unobtanium atm :()
-> Lighter Qr's
-> HOPP tuned parts for rear derralieur

Since i would like it to withstand races using extreme parts like aluminium casette or track tubulars is not an option :)

Awesome build! How do the rims perform? I've got the non-UL version, and debating of upgrading. Thanks!

Hello!
I have ridden around 10 competitions on them last year - two of them included some cobbles. I have 70kg and ~300 FTP, though i am not a sprinter type and more of a cadence based rider. They performed flawlessly and the braking performance is good even in wet. Altouh i dont see much sense in upgrading non-UL into UL ones. I if only I didnt need a 11-36 casette for some 25-30% hills i would go for this ones in no time -> viewtopic.php?f=5&t=171564&p=1780655#p1780655

Finally i have installed extralite ultratop / ordered cane creek aer bottom bearing and schmolke clamps for shifters. What is funny that the extralite provided me the wrong enduro bottom bearing (triple checked with token headset measurment jig and frame / fork docs ;)). it was 36*45 instead of 45*45, thats why i have decided to get the cane creek one
