Let's be optimistic, BH evo, under 5kg, and 4K€

Hi,
I want to build a new bike, and my target is under 5 kilos, and try to be under 4000€ for the full completed project.
I will in first time build a 2x11 sram red 22 groupset, and in future, depending on opportunities, upgrade to a 1x11, with wider range. cassette.
For now I found the following parts:
-bh ultralight evo frame set 1150g including headset, price 1000€
-bontrager xxx combined bar-stem 220g, 200€
-darimo T2 25mm offset seatpost 80g, 150€
-makadamm evora wheels 830g, 990€
-time saddle 100g 0€
Total: 2380g, 2340€

Yesterday I received the first piece of the project :DarimoT2 seatpost
It's shipped with handwritten paper "80,7g" and weight is accurate.
I made a stealth version within the hour, removing the darimo stickers.

frame 750g
Fork 300g
headset 70g
seatpost 80g
saddle 100g
collar 10g
plastic parts to remove about 30g
Plastic parts to add about 10g

both, I shoot on black background, then edit to remove dust and defects.
But if you don't shoot on black background first, the result is awful.

That’s pretty good value for money considering new frames today go for 4K eur on its own!!

Yeah, before making this project I did some maths, comparing several frames, costs, advantages and issues, and also possibility of fakes, my first choice was trek emonda slr frame, a bit lighter, and direct mount brakes, but it's very expensive and may risks to find a fake on second hand market, so I didn't take the risk.
Last choice was french brand "origine axxome", but it's a bit heavier, also more expensive, 2K price range for frame, a bit more for custom paint.

Today I received the wheels, when I remove the tires and skewers,I find 960g, not 830g.
Maybe the maker was considering the 830g weight to be without hub, then adding the tire glue, it would match the weight, I asked to maker, french brand.

After pivot is cut, fork is now 285g
I saw a scapula for sale, claimed to be 230g, but if standart weight, more likely 260g, not worth the cost to gain only 15g.
