Done a decent amount of research but haven’t turned up any useful tips on shedding weight (without a Dremel!) on Ultegra Di2 shifters and derailleurs).
I am assuming the jockey wheels on the back will save me a little, but behind that don’t know what accounts for the difference between DA and Ultegra, let alone what else might be easily achievable ….below is the listed weight differences:
40g shifters
43g rear
38g front
Trying to trim some weight off my bikes but just can’t justify the price difference on DA at the moment (wasn’t quite so bad with discounting pre pandemic).

You can replace the rear derailleur wheels with Extralites. Adjustment screws for rear derailleur and front derailleur with others in ergal or nylon. On the controls I don't know what to change

I don't know the measurements of the screws. You can contact Mauro at the Dream-bikes.it shop. He is very competent and will be able to suggest the right solutionBeancouter wrote:Thank you - i don’t suppose you know the sizes of the screws?gabriiaia7273 wrote:You can replace the rear derailleur wheels with Extralites.
