Few changes to the build:
- swapped the chainrings for the Carbon-ti Evo chainrings (the new ones optimised for Shimano 12s) in a 50/34. Added around 15g compared to the 46/33 X-AXS rings
- swapped the mech hanger for a DM one from AliExpress (branded 'Redshift', and costing a whole £5.34 including postage from China). Only went for this because no Sigeyi stock. 12.5g, so 11g saving.
- swapped front brake caliper bolts for titanium bolts
- swapped stem pre-load bolt for titanium bolt
- swapped front thru axle for a carbon-ti axle (a huge 3g saving, Spesh thru axles are really light already)
Overall, now sitting at 5.835 kilos.
I have a Carbon-ti rear thru axle on order, plus ti bolts for the rear brake calliper. After that, think I'm probably done, except for a carbonworks bottle cage, but no visibility on availability for that.
Think I may swap back to dura ace cassette from the SRAM cassette though, as even on the stand the shifting is a little noisy in some gears (functionally, still seems fine, but I suspect anything other than near silence will annoy me). That will add back circa 30g, so suspect I'll end up back around 5.850 kilos.

Cheers for the suggestion. It looks good, but I suspect the weight will be very close to my Tune cages once you add the screws in (I almost can't believe I'm saying this cage would be 'very close' at about 1-2g, when the carbonworks one will only be 3-4g lighter . I need help).
I did consider the AliExpress Carbonworks copy cage ('Made by Manufacturer of Elite'. Allegedly), however freepk has very helpfully confirmed that this one does fall into the category of 'cheap and flimsy low quality copy'.
When I removed the calliper bolts on the rear brake to instal my titanium replacements, I noticed that one of the bolts has what looks like a piston on the tip (see picture below). Does anyone have any idea what this is?? I'm reluctant to replace this bolt with a titanium one if it is essential to the function of the brake, although I have installed the ti bolt and everything seems fine when just operating the brake on the stand. Instead of this expensive part ( Carbon-ti rear axles ) you could have bought s-works aethos axles. They are lighter too and I guess it will save you some money

Hey Ryan. Thanks for confirming on the axles
The saving isn't big. The Schmolke clamps are just under 8g a pair on my accurate scales. The stock clamps are 14.5g. Schmolke have obviously beefed them up from previous versions. I have a much older pair designed for their FullOver bars (so not compatible with the Rapides), and they are 5.5g, but the band is obviously much thinner and they look like a cruder, less finished product than the new ones. In use, they are fine, and clamp down on the bars very nicely. There's certainly no slip - I hauled around on the levers and they don't move.

The front conical washer is about 5mm too shallow, so no, they don't fit great, at all.

you can turn on the sound to hear that rattling noise of chain trying to catch big chainring. Also I suspect its due FD trim setting, my FD trim setting is already at max -19 inboard trim but still not close enough to the chain. (as for chainline, I use CS BSA30 BB and used a 2mm spacer on THM drive side crank, cant use more spacer as NDS arm would not engage properly).
