I haven't seen a lot of lauf love here so I figured I'd share my anywhere build. Shown with the "all road" wheels, I kept the stock E13 for the rough stuff. I've got a few things planned worth 200-300g but right now it's just ballin' on a budget.

Thoughts on some upgrades:
Shimano es600 pedals -90g (ordered)
Fabric tri flat carbon -80g (I own the saddle but need the difflock carbon rail clamps)
uno7 90mm stem -32g (all my light stems are -17 lol)
galfer wave road CL 160mm rotors -65g (I haven't seen any ligher CL rotors)
STS bearing cover -15g (need a lower stack compression ring)

RoJ trashed these in a recent video and I kind of agree, they aren't stomp n go. That being said the interface definitely feels more stable and 100g in the bank. =]Image

Jup, I also have to agree with RoJ. But the weightsaving is good and how many times do you unclip on gravel? (For my riding, almost not....)

Well annoyingly in 2021 the lightest CL rotors aren't CL rotors lol. Swapped to some ashimas I had around + adapters.
291g to 204g

Down to 7.42kg
