Hi this is my first carbon frame. I am 58 yrs old and live on Guam. The only things I have replaced on my bike so far are the handle bar, Ashima Ai2 disk brake rotors, Selle saddle and just ordered a Garbaruk 1x12 casette and 44t chainring oh I also switched to an XTR chain. At my age lighter is better
