I have been looking for a Scott addict RC frameset in size S (52) for what seems like years but last month i managed to find a complete bike in my size but alas it has SRAM on it.
I went for the full bike and i am really impressed with it, here is the bike:

I put my own new wheels on to the bike and i am super impressed with these, both the weight and the price for the depth is very good.
I am looking to make this as light as i can with parts available at the moment. My plan when available is to replace the force AXS with either super record eps 12 speed or the new dura ace 12 speed, but i dont hold my breath that either of these will be available any time soon.
Already with weight in mind i have replaced the cassette from force 10-33 to a red 10-28. The next change i made was the crank arms from force dub to RED dub, here is my build list i have been weighing things as and when i can take things off the bike.
Weight with pedals, garmin mount and one cage is here:

Here is the build list with actual weights wherever possible:
addict rc frame 52cm (claimed) 850
Addict rc fork (claimed) 360
creston ic sl 400 x 120mm bars (claimed) 295
seatpost (claimed) 142
seat clamp (claimed) 12
saddle cradle 60
force AXS 12 rear mech (claimed) 326
force AXS 12front mech (claimied) 176
c/set RED cranks, force spider + rings 606
SRAM DUB bb86 84
Force AXS left shifter (claimed) 238
force AXS right shifter (claimed) 238
FORCE AXS chain (claimed) 259
cassette SRAM RED 10-28 183
front rotor dura ace 160 114
rear rotor dura ace 160 114
force AXS front caliper 173
force AXS rear caliper 173
fizik arione r1 saddle 178
Speedplay zero wahoo 222
front hunt 54 UD carbon 685
rear hunt 54 UD carbon 801
gp5000 25mm front 220
gp5000 25mm rear 220
Vittoria latex tube front 80
Vittoria latex tube rear 80
rotor lockring front 10
rotor lockring back 10
rear thru axle 42
front thru axle 34

TOTAL 6985

So i am first of all missing around 500grams of weight on my list, guessing this is in the headset spacers, bar tape, bottle cage, garmin mount and then stuff like fluid.

Would appreciate any easy win recommendations to go lighter with parts that are actually available on the market at the moment.

Superb bike!

For the weights, You haven't got the saddle/headset/compression plug/top cap/bar tape/bottle cage/bolts/hoses/out front mount etc.

+ all the claimed weights are likely to be approx. 10% higher

Thank you, wherever possible i used weights that people had actually measured for all of the SRAM stuff so i dont think that will be far off.
Yes headset lol i forgot about that, i also think the headset spacers on this are pretty heavy relatively speaking, also i doubt the frame is as light as that, i saw an ultimate version in this size that was 858 grams

Here are the weights for my frameset (ultimate, TE), some of it might help you. Btw. by spacers I mean standard alu round ones, not the one that come with creston bars.

So i am going to add a quarq dfour power meter to the bike and use rotor AXS chainrings, question is has anyone tried 50/35 combo with the rings? this would be my preference if the front mech will work even if it is not perfect
