CAAD 7 Build

Hello all! New user here and figured I'd share my first road build. I've been quietly gleening info for a while now but figure I should offer some content for future silent users like myself.
My brother sent me a link to a used CAAD frame, stripped and unknown model. Listed for $100 CAD with Hylix fork and generic carbon stem. The seller was kind enough to include the original cable guides and derailleur hanger. I've attached some frame photos so if any of the more knowledgeable CAAD minds happen upon this thread maybe I'll learn which model exactly this is.

Sanding consisted of a few hours at a 400-600 grit and another couple hours at 800-1000 grit.
The frame is a 56cm and was strategically sanded in the past to remove weight so I tried to remove as little material as possible.
After sanding the frame is now at 1194g. I may bring it to a higher polish however weight should remain the same now. The Hylix fork was 375g and is already cut as far as will fit me.
This is a bit of a budget build however with some lucky ebay finds a light weight final build should be acheivable. I've listed the component breakdown below:
To clarify, weights in italics are estimated and have yet to be weighed.
Would love to bring it down to 7kg whilst maintaining some budget constraint and any ideas are welcome regarding this!
I should note my current ideas are:
Elita One Seatpost, cut to 240 mm ~100g saved
Relace wheels with lightweight spokes to novatec hubs ~350g saved
Kalloy Uno Stem, 100mm, ti hardware ~55g saved
Beyond this I'm unsure.
I'll add more photos as the buildup comes along.
Cheers

Beyond the bare polished frame I had taken a liking to this restoration:

So with inspiration found I made a decal set the next day at work: This will go on the frame as soon as final sanding/polishing is done.
Also, I had recovered a saddle I liked in fresh leather before I came upon the Selle italia slr. I like the look of black leather and no logos, so I may do the same with the slr...
Oh well, good practice

Your ideas of the Kalloy Uno stem and Elita One Seatpost are spot on - it's hard to beat those for value. You could get a few more cheap grams by changing your tubes to Continental Race Light's or Specialized Presta Turbo (~75g each) or Continental Supersonics (~50g each).
I'm not sure of the long term durability but an 11-32 BDop Alloy cassette is 132g for $139 USD.
Wiggle has a 169g carbon handlebar (Prime X-Light) for $124USD.
If you can do the work yourself rebuilding the wheels with Novatec or Bitex hubs and lightweght spokes is a good idea. I have a set of wheels with Bitex hubs and they are both light and cheap, and seem to roll well.
There is a pair of 174g Xpedo Thrust 8 Team Edition pedals on Ebay right now for $139USD.

Thanks for the ideas, some good ones, I'll definitely try to go for lighter tubes as that's easy savings and the carbon seatpost is on the way as I want that for compliance as well. Also I've built a couple sets of wheels in the past so I wouldn't hesitate to go that route either. Potentially a winter goal of sub 7kg.
I'm far from a wheel builder and I'm sure you'll get better advice, but the baseline light spoke seems to be the Sapim CX X-Ray and a cheaper alternitive the Pillar Aero Xtra 1420.

The build has been coming along swimmingly with the first ride complete. I am adding some component weights to show the journey thus far. Goal for the summer is sub 7.5 kg with pedals, this should be possible with a few minor changes (uno stem, lightweight skewers, lightweight tubes, trim seatpost to 240mm)
However for the time being,
The chainset, happy with this at 523g however alloy bolts could yield another 10g Derailleurs, snagged a deal as the rear had seen some road rash, 198g rear and 86+27g front Shifters weighed without cables, 244g (right)
Weighed at 503 with one cable on scale, so should be close to 244 each. Cockpit, Seat 149g, Bars 213g (Before cleaning old gunk), Seatpost 212g (Gub cut to 240mm) 133g (Elita 1 uncut), Stem 156g

Now for miscellaneous distractions and side projects.
1: shoes have yet to arrive so I needed some keo plates. Printed one of the many options available on thingiverse and they turned out alright. Plus at 26 grams per piece I can't complain 2: that RD that had seen some road rash was shifting fine but visually needing some love. I know it's not weight weenie but I added paint It's not perfect, but looks OK for me raiding a nail polish section at Walmart.

Finally as it is now:
My FSA BB is somewhere lost in shipping so I ordered a chinese one on amazon so as to not miss the summer entirely due to a missing BB, it's heavy at close to 100g but better than not having any. With that compromise made the bike could be ridden and it felt great. The decals were temporary as the final polishing is yet to be completed
With current parts spreadsheet has it at 7.718 kg
250 grams savings in sight with more eventualy to come.

Just a small update:
Have put a few hundred km on the bike and have been loving it! First real road bike I've had so just enjoying the fall here in MB, Canada.
Also I noticed early on the stem was a bit long for me so I ordered a 100 mm UNO stealth.
