What is the weight now , and what is your goal ?? My BMC SLR01 Team machine is 6.9 Kg complete with pedals / bottle cages /and Garmin mount. It's build with Ultegra Di2 - Stock handlebar en stem / seatpost.

The bmc ckp ics carbon stem-handlebar unit would save some weight (listed 306 g), but well... it's definitely not cheap at all!

Please, allow me to state that: My 2019 BMC TeamMachine SLR01, size 56, with full DuraAce Di2, light bottle cages (17 gr each), light KCNC disk rotors, DuraAce pedals, Selle Italia SLR carbonio saddle (132 gr), light wheels (1218 gr, Farsports, 35 mm deep, carbon-ti hubs) was 7.00 kg. Please also include a Quarq DFour GXP powermeter (53/39T, 175 mm). Schwalbe Pro One TLE tyres, 25 mm, tubeless setup.

Thus, yours at 6.9 kg with Ultegra Di2 and your heavier wheels, sounds super light !

Even my 2022 SLR01 with the same equipment is also 7.00 kg.

My saddle weights 132 gr, my time expresso 12 pedals 62 gr, my Farsports wheels 1218 gr, schwalbe tyres 245 gr plus 40 gr of sealant each, and my cassette is an Ultegra 11-30T at 270 gr (all the other staff are Dura Ace 9170).

Thus your lighter saddle "covers" my lighter pedals and the 100 gr difference comes from the cassette? But the new frame model is at least 150 gr lighter (fork, handlebar, seatpost). It still needs investigation....

P.S. How does the SRAM Red 11 sp cassette work in terms of noise and shifting performance compared with its Shimano counterpart?
