Just built this up size small 7.8kg and wow its heavy especially that stem how can i shed some grams?they dont do a lighter stem,pedals i can save a few grams but not much.

I also had a version 1 Look 795 blade RS, replacing all the steel bolts like the stem and headset with titanium bolts would probably save you like 50g. You could also purchase the Aero Seatpost 3 that comes with the revision 795 from Look to shave another 100g or more.
