I'm planning on my tarmac build and I was thinking about doing the same thing since I cannot find any road groupset availble online. Could you please post more pics of the handle bar area, and underneath? I would like to see how you cleaned up the cables. Awesome build, and thanks in advance!

That looks surprisingly good! Very clean and not freakish at all. What's the wheel and tire dimensions?

27.5 x 40mm, front can fit a little more, rear is maxed.

Just the same as it would be for any Venge, with the addition of another cable for the RD. I don't actually recommend doing this, I only built this because I have a large parts bin.

bro... josh herrin once liked my on top of a climb bike photo. and i didn’t even follow him back then on IG. That’s a national moto road racing champion. As far as I’m concerned, I made it. Everything else is bonus.

Oh also Zack Galifianakis once waved at me (he was our company’s neighbor in Venice Beach)

So.... PPFFFFFTTTT!

I'm the exact opposite..LOL, I only have mtb parts in my bin, so I'll build something similar until proper parts become available. So what's wrong with the build and won't you recommend it? Thanks again bud

Wait it can take 40mm? I have a venge frame ready to be built and I was thinking of getting some 32mm gravel tyres for it, now i'm thinking to go bigger (edit it's because they are 650b??)
