Trying this new gravel thing and bought a stock Specialized Diverge Expert. Changed the following getting the weight down to 8,9kg.

Stock wheel with Formula hubs and DT G540 rims --> Zipp 303 Firecrest Tubeless

Specialized Future stem 110mm --> Zipp Service Course SL 100mm stem

Shimano XT 11-42 --> SRAM XG-1175 10-42

Specialized Hoover bar 44cm --> Zipp Service Course 70 XPLR 42cm with Lizard Skins DSP V2 3.2mm

Shimano Ultegra disc rotors --> Shimano XTR

Continental Terra Speed 40mm for races and WTB Riddler 45mm for general riding Tinning tubeless

I might replace the 40T GRX crankset with a Dura Ace 9100 with a 38T Wolftooth chainring to get a smaller Q-factor and better chainline. The trick is I have a Stages LR Dura Ace R9100 on my road bike and I can split this up to have a single side on both bikes.

It's possible to loose about 300g replacing the Future Shock with a custom steerer insert. Might be the next thing if I decide I can live without the shock.

Great looking Diverge! I've been thinking about selling my Warbird for something newer and the Diverge is on my short list. Unfortunately, most models are sold out in 56cm. I also like your colorway a lot, is that matte green?

It's a Nice ride but you could also consider the Canyon Grizl, it will be available sooner and you get more for your money. Yes dark matte green with some metallic in it. Looks black in low light and shines when the sun hits is.

Great build, looks like a fun bike.

What's the current total weight?

How do you get along with the 1x setup? Missing 2x?

I would not remove the Future Shock...
