Hi guys,

The build is finally done. Thanks to all of you that have been helpful with sizing/fit etc.

The build;
-50s frame (180cm 85 kilos coming from size 54" SPECIALIZED)
-Campy groupset
-Bora WTO 60, (its 99% flat in my country) in this picture I fitted 28mm Vittoria Corsa
-Deda alanera 120mm/42cm
-SRM campy crankset (52/36)
-Ceramicspeed box and pulleys

Total weight with pedals (wahoo zero)
7.56 kilos (16,66 lbs)

The ride:
Well, it's a superbike to ride. the campy groupset is joy to use, I could go on rides just for shifting gears all day  .
Coming from Shimano which I like very much, I defiantly prefer the gear ratios on the Shimano. The 11-30 Shimano is really the best one for me, the 27 and the 30 sprocket is nice, especially when I travel to the alps or Mallorca for hill training. Campy uses 26, 29 sprockets on their 11-29 cassette. That's a bit too short for, me I was in Mallorca to test it out, and I had to go with the 11-32 that have 28-32 sprockets -so all good.) That is completely individual from rider to rider. This is just my opinion.

Compare it to my other bikes. I will say this, again this is my opinion only, I'm not pro or anything like it, just a huge bike enthusiast :beerchug: It's very much like my Venge on the flats, and steers like my old SL6 on the downhill. for me, the sl5 was the best on the downhill. It lacks the overall stiffness and handling the SL7 have. Dont get me wrong, it's very stiff but like the venge, it can be harsh, its like stiff the "wrong" places. Hope it makes sense. It could be the Bora WTO 60's, they are stiff and I'm quite impressed how well they ride especially in crosswinds. I have ordered the new Bora ultra WTO 33, I'll keep you updated when they arrive in July (hopefully).

For me, the SL7 will still be the number one for any type of riding. And still, the one I choose on day-to-day riding. Especially when the gradient goes up and down.
BUT, for turning heads, get stoped randomly by young and (especially) old riders that complement the build is defiantly fun, never tried that on any s-works haha  :D

Great bike, looks very nice.
I use a bike instead of a car, I like to ride long distances. I work as a writer at https://www.a-writer.com/pay-someone-to-write-my-paper and dream of going on a long bike trip. I write poetry and play the guitar.

Excellent choice of components. Other than the pedals, your bike is specced exactly like the Team UAE bikes.

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. I had my fair share of all sort of troubles with the new wahoo pedals. But I really like the Speedplay system.

And yes, very much like the Team UAE bikes

WOW!
Only thing I would have liked is the Campy chainring, but that's their fault, not yours.
Bike looks absolutely stunning. I rode a rental V3RS on my Mallorca vacation and I am contemplating with the idea of getting one ever since.
Yours is just a lot more beautiful than the Dura Ace equipped one I rode.
Specialized SW Æthos (2021) 6.1kg
Specialized SW Crux (2022) 7.2kg
Specialized SW Tarmac (2022) 7.1kg
Cervelo P5 Disc (2021) 9.1kg

*all weights are race ready bikes, large frame size.
Sold: Venge, S5 Disc, Roubaix Team, Open WI.DE, Émonda, Shiv TT Disc

Perfect build! Full campy EPS, SRM, Deda Alanera and Bora WTO. You nailed it with the frozen red, too.

How do you like the B&O speaker? I went the Naim Muso, but still think about the B&O
