Hi everyone,

I have started a new build and almost have all the bits now to put it together.

Basics
Bianchi Specialissima Pantani
Campagnolo EPS V3 Super Record
Black Inc 30 ceramic wheels
Zipp Sl speed UD matte seat post
Selle Italia SLR carbino saddle
FSA OS99 stem
FSA Reparto corse carbon bars

I also have a Bianchi XR4 with a mix of Campag Chorus through to SR with Zipp 404 and daily training bike is Specialized Allez Super Sagan edition with Black Inc 50 ceramic and Campag Chorus.

Looking forward to building a lightweight bike

I can't find any Super Record brakes at the moment so I will run a spare set of Chorus dual pivots I have until some pop up

If you are buying new brakes anyway then you might as well go straight to eebrake or fibulas...

and I assume those parts are only placeholders until you get a yellow stem + saddle + tires and celeste bar tape for the complete look? /s

jokes aside I can't imagine it not looking dope

I think I'd defo get some modern parts customised to look like the old pantani bits if that makes sense

Ha ha - no the frame is so nice that I want it to be the focus.
There is a magnificent metallic in the paintwork
