Hey yall i hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these times.

I've been lurking on this forum for the past few months and I saved up some money to do some upgrades on my bike. I was lucky enough to purchase this is bike as-is for $3000 CDN with wheels and all. I have about $2000 saved up to make this thing as light as possible.

Could i kindly get some suggestions on what i could upgrade to make this lighter ?

Current set up:

Dura Ace Brakes
Dura Ace Shifters
Dura Ace Hood Covers
Dura Ace Front Derailleur
Ultegra Rear Derailleur
Look Carbon Crank
Look Carbon Stem
Look Carbon Seatpost
Easton Aero E90 Carbon Bars (wrapped in brand new Supacaz Super Sticky Kush)
Mavic Cosmic Carbone Wheels (wrapped in Continental Ultra Sport)

So far I have replaced since these pictures were taken:

Pedals: Look KEO Blade Carbon
Bottle Cages: Zefal Pulse Aluminium x2
Tires: Vittoria Corsa G2.0 Competition 700 x25c
Tube: Vittora Latex Inner Tube

Thank you in advance !

Hi,
there is no miracle here, I got the same bike and the frame to start with is no lightweigth. The biggest place to save weight is the wheels, after that, there is so many LOOK specific parts on this bike that there is not much you can change (handlebars, saddle, brakes).

My advice would be to enjoy it as is and if you got money to spare, get a very light and stiff wheelset.
