That's on the o2 Vam Disc though right not the o2?

I normally run 25mm tyres, so if I stay with then I think the R45 is the better wheel.

I'm tempted by the Parcours, but can't find many experiences on this particular model

That the nipples are glued into the rims so you can't re-true and that they are just open mould farsport rims

Hi CustomMetal, please feel free to reach out directly if we can help with any more details, but for the avoidance of doubt (and benefit of those following this thread), I'd like to clarify that none of our rims are sourced as open-mould from Farsports, nor do we use any glue (!) as part of the wheelbuilding process. Thanks.

Some weights:
- Frame & Fork (with headset but no spacer, no topcap but including nut, seatpost clamp but no seatpost, no BB, mech hangers but no mech, bottle cage bolts) - 1.28kg
- R9100 Dura Ace front brake (with nut) - 165g
- R9100 Dura Ace rear brake (with nut) - 160g
- Hambini racing BB - 126g
- Ultegra R8050 di2 shifters - 297g
- Di2 Bar end junction A EW-RS910 - 7g
- Ultegra R8050-SS di2 rear mech - 235g
- Ultegra R8050 di2 front mech - 128g
- di2 battery - 50g
- EW-WU111 Wireless unit - 4g
- 143mm S-Works power saddle - 159g
- 165mm 50/34 4iii dual sided power meter Shimano Dur Ace crank - 635g
- Kalloy Uno 7 stem - 111g (may not stay)

Running total: 3.357kg
To go:
- Handlebars & tape (235g, ~50g?)
- Wheels, tyres & skewers (1390g, 600g, ~75g)
- Chain (~250g)
- Seatpost (~170g)
- Di2 cables (~50g)
- Garmin mount (~33g)
- Bottle cages (46g)

Estimated build 6.256kg (Very rough, and I'm sure to have forgotten bits). So hopefully final build is sub 6.5kg once it's all together.

38cm Aerofly 2 bar - 219g (without caps).

Also pretty sure I'm going to drop the Kalloy stem in favour of something stiffer and conventional bar mount (Zipp Speed SL)

Maybe stem/bar combo from Farsports?
It is DI2 compatible, should weights less than conventional stem+Aerofly 2 bar
and as I remember Farsports's handlebar has 75mm reach and 125 drop so it should fits

It's not the lightest stem, but happy with this Zipp SL Speed item.

Length = 100mm
Angle = 6°
Fork clamp height = 41mm
Weight = 121g
Bolt spacing = 27mm (Just ordered Raceware mount)

I ended up swapping out my stems a few times. I have this Zipp SL Speed one on deck ready for replacing my Lightweight stem which developed a fissure crack at the clamping area of the steerer. This is the widest stem I’ve had on my VAM but matches the satin finish and the raw carbon weave the best so far.

@BenScott. If you haven’t already, you can order the direct Mount hanger for your rear mech from Factor. I didn’t know they were available but I did ask last year and have been using them for sometime now.

Yes. But recently moved to wider tires...32mm Hutchinson Sectors. Still fits with Enve 4.5AR wheels w Chris King R45D hubs.

Be careful with the sectors, my experience is they have poor wet weather grip. Had a front washout I haven't had since or before.

I would like the DM hanger too. But they are not available at the moment. Have written with Rob Gitelis and he promised to write me an email if they are available again.
How do you like the Kogel cage with oversized pully wheel? Can you compare it to Ceramicspeed OSPW?
