Marvellous. Fantastic paint job. Looks like a properly made BB shell. Should be creak free with Campag.

Was obviously reading too fast.
I found it somewhat comfusing that THM write Shimano Pressfit Bearing Road instead of just Pressfit 86.5x41 mm (that's how Campag all the way I am). That chainset's just a few grams away from levitating.

Looking forward to more pics. Lovely machine.

Beautiful frame, although I must say that if that's the headset you'll be sticking with, I'd try and black out the Chris King logos at least. I think the understated branding on all your other parts are much better suited to that frame.
Yeah, sticking with the CK, have one on my Parlee and it’s still as smooth as when it was new 10 years ago! I agree on the branding tho’, I don’t know how easy it will be to remove the logos, I will have a test with some acetone....

Yeah, I ‘think’ it’s because this bb standard was originally developed for 24mm axels I.e Shimano? But yeah they should change that. Puts me off having anything related to Shimano on the bike

Should have time to get it built this week!

Cheers,
Lig.

Stunning bike Chris. Love the plush saddle too

If I ever had a ride like that, I'd be afraid to get it dirty, or ride it home from a pub :beerchug:

Hi all,

So the build it complete... It came in at 7.040kg. I am sure it would be just under 7 with a lighweight Garmin mount as the Barfly one weighs a lot... But I just love the way the Barfly integrates with the stem.. But I am happy with the weight and of course how it has all come together !!

Cheers,
Lig.

The stenciled "head badge" showing off the carbon underneath is favorite detail about this bike. That's not to say the rest of the bike isn't equal to it. Really stunning bike.
