It´dead flat in DK so not such a big problem here. My pulleys have been on several bikes, and never had a problem.

The bike looks familiar 🤔 Good job! You can shave several grams off the frame for basically free: plastic screws for cable stops and BB cable guide; remove the FD bolts and tape the holes over; remove the BB cover and tape it over. The fork must be heavy too, I'd look for a replacement, maybe a SureSix Evo HM one.
