I recently switched to a -6 degree Tarmac SL7 stem, much better looking than the -12 degree Venge 'bone' in my opinion.
The transition spacer under the stem is still the Venge version, not a perfect fit but better than expected.
Nice wall at my office's underground car park, but bad image quality, sorry:

Great looking bike, but we need a scale shot please
Also, Aethos skewers aren't a great fit on these (or SL7). The conical ends are too shallow and dont fill the dropout correctly.

Thanks for the comments!
Yes the cylindrical additions that follow the conical ends are missing with the Aethos axles, but the shape of the conical part is identical.
And these apply the force so I thought the cylindrical additions are only to have the axle ends sit flush on the outside.
But the differece is only 15g, 52g for the Aethos axles and 67g for the Venge ones, so no big deal if I decide to switch back.
And as requested : the 28mm GP5000 that are currently mounted are around 50g heavier than the 25mm version stated in my sheet,
but the Tarmac stem is 48g lighter. Click for original size...

This was my favourite Venge until you did that god awful track wrap on the bars. Such a substandard way to wrap bars and ages awfully compared to a traditional wrap. Allows for water ingress too so stinks and rots if exposed to water / sweat.
You just need to perfect the electrical tape and it looks great

You're right, it's 2 weeks now and I started to dislike it from like day one. I didn't have a rain ride yet but it already shows aging.
It seems that I tend to slip my hands downwards in both upper and lower bar position more than I slip upwards and as a result the exposed tape edges start to show wear.
So it's been my first and last try and will return to traditional wrapping asap.

Yes I disliked the backwards wrap my bike came with too. I redid it the right way round within a week. If you like the no tape look, you can superglue the last wrap then carefully cut the superglued wrap with a scalpel to get a perfect edge. Just don't cut the bar.

back to black - sidewalls
some updates:
-DA 9270 with Ultegra FD due to availability
faster shifting and less noise from cassette and brakes - eTap brakes constantly sounded like a coffee grinder no matter what pads or discs I used
and I finally got rid of the giant shifter horns
-Light Bicycles AR 55 Flyweight with my favorite Extralite hubs
-Continental 5000s TR 28mm with 26ml RevoSealant per tire
went on without levers and inflated with normal floor pump, although I don't use rimtape as I ordered the AR55 without holes in rimbed
-Merida bottle cages
-back to traditional bar tape wrapping
I will update my weight list shortly, but weight came down a bit to around 6,50kg without computer
