After upgrading my C64 to EPS V4 12s, I had an EPS 11s disc group that needed a home. I decided to go Italian steel to compliment the two carbon frames because I wanted something to use for the occasional commute. Then came a global pandemic - no commuting and significant production delays from Bergamo.

Well my new project finally made it state side after a year of waiting. The color scheme was inspired by the gulf racing team. Looking forward to attempting my first solo build.

The parts are courtesy of a closet inventory audit and are as follows:

Frame: Stelbel SB/03 custom traditional geometry
Fork: Columbus Futura Disc
Headset: Columbus
Seatpost clamp: Carbon Ti
Seatpost: Deda Superleggera
Seat: Berk Dila Custom
Stem: Deda Superleggera RS

Bartape: Deda Presa
bottle cages and hardware: Arundel mandible
Brakes: Campagnolo disc 60f/60r
Front derailleur: Campy Record EPS v3
Rear derailleur: Campy Record EPS v3
Crankset: SRM Campagnolo H11 175mm
Bottom Bracket: Stelbel T47 for Campagnolo
Chainrings: Campagnolo 52-36
Chain: Campagnolo Record
Shifters: Campagnolo Record EPS disc
Cassette: Campagnolo Super Record 11-29
Wheels: Campagnolo Bora WTO Disc
Tires: Vittoria Corsa TLR 28mm
Pedals: Look Keo Max

Nice matching cockpit. Did you send all your parts to them to paint at the same time?

Looks like it’ll be a lovely build.
- Factor Ostro VAM Disc
- Factor LS Disc
- Specialized Aethos Disc
- Sturdy Ti Allroad Disc
- Guru Praemio R Disc

Thanks guys. I did send the parts over to Bergamo so they could be painted along with the frame to ensure consistent color.

Today I dropped rear bolt and nut for my Superleggero seatpost. I was able to find the bolt but I not the but, which appears to be angled and my shop doesnt have any spares. Any idea where i can source one?

Routed some cables today. Wish I had that park tools routing kit. Learning a lot via trial and error.

What is the maximum tire size/ tire clearance on this frame and fork?
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

Build is nearly complete.m, but has hit a major snag. my EPS V3 battery is toast. Apparently, I left it uncharged for too long and as a result the Lithium ion battery is not charging whatsoever. Called campy and a new version of the V3 will be out in January.

I could swap one from my De Rosa, but that build is working flawlessly. In the meantime, I will see if I can jumpstart or refurbish the flat battery.

Tire clearance is listed at 30c. I am running Vittoria 30s and The fork has a lot of clearance for wider tires but the rear chain stays and front derailleur would likely rub if you went bigger.

Update: Still waiting on the battery to complete the build. Not confident it will happen anytime soon.

It's supposed to be a casual bike but I am thinking of getting some cheap powermeter pedals to
