I've been so excited about this, but my Rc15 arrived today and it's a beauty.
Spent way too long reading through 100+ pages of the 2020 Addict Rc thread planning what to upgrade from my current bike so I'll keep this updated with various photos and weights and thoughts.
Out of the box it's 7.54kg completely stock except for the upgrade to the one piece bars and stem (no pedals, mounts or bottle cages). I think I can shave 400-500g from the parts I've got so that's going to be my Christmas project while the kids are playing Barbies and it's raining outside.
I'll be running 2 wheel sets, I have some dt swiss rc38s which are just under 1500g which will be my lightweight set up as they are about 100g lighter than the stock carbon syncros wheelsand. And then my aero set up will be the hed vanquish 6s (1650g ish)
So pleased with the look and finish of it at first sight. Especially with the tan sidewalls. So I'll have to get some lighter tan wall tyres.

Put the schwalbe tyres on the vanquish rims today and I really like the look of the tan sidewalls. I'll try with all black tyres too for a comparison

A few weights from stock parts on my Rc15 from my tinkering today.
Doubled up on scales because the bottom set seems dodgy
28mm schwalbe ones Syncros capital 1.0 35mm Seat clamp bolt Bottle cage bolts Expander Top cap (goes under the cover) Spacers (surprisingly heavy)

I'm down to 7.03kg (without pedals, cages and garmin mount)
Changes so far are:
- fizik alicante 00 saddle - 148g (saved 108g)
- dt swiss rc38c wheels - 1473g (saved 73g)
- xtr discs (160f 140r) - 208g (saved 62g)
- conti gp4seasons 25mm - 230g each (saved 110g)
- dura ace r9000 chainset and derailleurs (saved 88g)
So that's 441g saved already.
And there's more to go with lighter tyres, taking out some spacers, light inner tubes, maybe a new cassette.
I'm really not getting on with the massive 25mm setback on the saddle so I've just ordered the 0mm setback Duncan Aero SL, which should apparently save a few more grams. Hopefully I can sell on the 25mm one so the outlay isn't too much for that.
I'm tempted by some flyweight AR35s from LB, which could get me under 7kg even with pedals. But I'm not in any rush to do that. It's already very light for an XL frame in such a useable set up.
It's just annoying that between the weather and the UK being in lockdown I've hardly ridden it outside.

I hope its okay, if I hijack your thread a little bit.
But I figured, since its teh same frame and size, it might be helpful for others to have the information combined.
So as previously mentioned, I switched the seperate bar and stem to the one piece cockpit.
I also switched out the saddle to the Belcarra V 1.0 with a cut out.
And finally I got myself some wheels by a german wheelbuilder. They are 35mm deep with 21mm internal (I think they might be Lightbicycle rims) with DT240 hubs. Awesome weight on those.
So that is my current setup. Sitting at 7.8kg including pedals, bottle cages and mounts for a pump, Karoo and Varia:
