I’m surprised that the integrated fork weighs that much.
Does include the thru-axle so that must be taken into account

True. 31g for the front thru axle. The fork lost some weight when I cut the steerer and the bonded-in bolt, 47g. So 362g final weight. Not too bad I guess. That D fork with bonded bolt is heavy, and heavier than advertised. I’m gonna guesstimate final bike weight to be 6.3/4 kg.

6.18 kg for a 54 02 VAM AXS Disc 1x, all in (pedals, computer mounts etc):

The Prizma gloss black “paint” for logos etc was a joke…in fact the masking tape used to secure the frame to the cardboard container lifted some of it off, so I decided to change the color way to gold using auto vinyl wrap. I have some Adobe Illustrator ability and a vinyl cutter. Found some matching auto paint and painted a few bits like the spacers amd top cap, thru axle inserts, etc.

Happy with the weight, love the clean look of no cables.

Build elements besides frame and fork:

Black Inc integrated bars
Black Inc computer mount
BBInfinite 1-piece bb (they just released a Factor-specific bbright model and it spins forever) ceramic bearings
Easton ec90sl cranks
Easton 40T chainring
Roval Alpinist seatpost
Berk Lupina saddle
SRAM Force etap AXS brake shifters
SRAM Forxe flat mount disc brakes, Jagwire hydro housing
Farsports Feder 35 hookless wheelset, DT Swiss 180 hubs, Sapim cxray spokes
Schwalbe Pro One tt tubeless tires
Shimano Ice tec rotors 160/140
SRAM Force AXS rear derailleur
Garbaruk pulleys, ceramic bearings
SRAM Force 10-36 cassette
SRAM Eagle xx1 chain
Crank brother eggbeater 11 pedals
Ali Express carbon bottle cages
Seat rail Garmin Varia mount
Bontrager bar tape

Quick first 30k ride today…huge difference from the 3T Exploro LTD that I moved all the parts over from. Feels very smooth and silent. And light.

Nice setup! Is the Bontrager XXX 400mm handlebar 400mm at the STIs or in the drops?
