So I run into a major problem with the frameset, someone contacted on FB who is also building an SV with Campy groupset to check the
brake caliper mounting holes on the fork and frame. because the campy calipers with 160mm front and 140mm rear is way off.
and when I did check and mounted my calipers and installed the wheels .. they were way off. I informed Maris who is helping me sort things out and I also sent an email with pictures to Basso today. I've waiting for so long to build the frame with the best and expensive groupset and this happens .. life sucks lol

Congratulations!!
Have waited for a long time:)
Tom same here .. I have 2 bikes on the table right now once Im done with them I'll work on my own bike.
just finished the V3rs this past Sunday ... waiting for my friend to take a look at his C64 before I start working on it.
Got mine up and running now. Full Rival AXS build incl powermeter. Really like the handling and quickness out of the saddle so far. Short stem for me so waiting for 12 or 13cm for my size 53. Weight was just over 8kg with 1550gram wheels.
Sunfire .. when did you bought the frameset was it recently ?
Hi. Yeah.. just got it 2 weeks ago. Must change stem so waiting for new 120mm. Disassembled the bike now. Hopefully 120mm will arrive soon.

Bike looks very good. I like it alot... iam thinking about rebuilding with red parts to get the weight down some more. Rival crank is an anker..

Hi @nismosr
I cannot see the pictures!😢
google photos stop working on my link lol
what other free site to host pictures that you can recommend ?
Hi!

Very wierd about the kaliper mounts. No issues with my frameset and Rival AXS calipers. 160 / 160 with rear 140 > 160 adapter. This must be a campy issue? Tried the calipers on another frame? See my pictures on the bike. 32mm Panaracer on 25mm internal width rims on some pictures. Looks stunning the in the sunlight this bike.. very very hot looks!

Mine is a size 53 with now 11cm stem. Need 12cm or more (184cm tall). Usually using 56 bikes but the stack on the new Diamante is too high for me... so downsizing.

Hi,

its about the same as the front. So no problem with 35-40mm tires on this frame. Only problem I got with 32mm was toe overlap. Will need to test some more.

Thinking about building it "again" with SRAM 1x46T RED crank and 10-36 Force cassette (the new one) + RED rear derailleur I have. Will save alot of grams on that but expensive and the boring part is that the Rival Quarq crank actually works really well. (power wise)

Hi,

No. More like a light and simple road bike. Iam on the fence between 46-48-50 chainring in the front. I have a red 46 in the garage so prob go for that.

I have a couple of solution that Im going to try before I decide if I need to send back the frameset for replacement, just waiting on the parts to come.

Ok solution #1 used 160mm Brake Caliper in the front and run a 180mm rotor,

so after intalling and bleeding both brakes I notice the gap on the bottom of the HT though it was little tall, search the net for pictures and most of the sv has little gap. email basso if the bearings are different, they said the inside is different, so I thought did I just intalled the bearing the other way around . damn now I have to undo everything again which is a bitch to do lol and so I did yesterday cut the brake lines wasted oil, olive and inserts, then compare the 2 bearings installed it same result and gap compare it and they are identical. So the HS comes with the shim like cover for the fork see pictures , took it out test fit the fork and there you go gap went down. but I decided to leave that shim there all that work for nothing lol

my 2nd expirement to run 160mm Rotor is correct, use a 140 stock caliper which us used mostly in the rear with the adapter 140/160 but pointed the adapter to 140mm . but I'm going to run 180mm !

This Sunday might me the first Ride!

I found another issue lol so the two holes where you screw the garmin mount dont have tap/thread am like why is this shit not going through. I remember Maris waited for this Stem because i requested a 130mm.
