I'm glad that this thread got bumped up! I am working on my SSE lo-mod 2021 disc brake. It's nowhere near your 6.7kg though! I'm currently at 7.4kg I'll be happy to get down to 7 but 400g seems like a lot of weight to shed. I am going to analyse your build very closely and see what I can do to lose some more weight.
