Legit old school WW build. Awesome stuff!
Those AX Lightness Ultra 25T's are so crazy light. I can't seem to find them anywhere for sale, and on research a few people are suggesting you can get Chinese wheels with Extralite hubs for cheaper and at the same weight, but looking through rim brake options on wheelsfar I found nothing even close to the weight of the AX Lightness wheels.
Those AX Lightness Ultra 25T's are so crazy light. I can't seem to find them anywhere for sale, and on research a few people are suggesting you can get Chinese wheels with Extralite hubs for cheaper and at the same weight, but looking through rim brake options on wheelsfar I found nothing even close to the weight of the AX Lightness wheels.

From Chinese, Farsport rim specs are a bit better than written on their website, I've got a 25x26mm tub set on Carbon Ti's @ 910g, so Extralite should be lighter still, and with carbon spokes even more (UpFromOne here was building AX sets @ 700g), plus you can run 25mm tubs on those as AX rims are meant for 23mm tubs.

Correction: cannondale SiSL crankset including spindle and chainring came in at 368g for me, compared to THM Clavicula at 305g excluding chainring, and you need a BB adapter. So in my case THM would not be the lightest option.

Quick update on the bartape. I highly advise against using Tesa tape. Even though it is one of the lightest options out there, my experience in changing it has been very poor. Upon removal, the tape broke into small pieces of about 1cm², and half of the glue sticked to the handlebar. Took me more than half an hour to do a clean job, using solvent.

Great build glad you hit your weight target.
I've never seen that happen with tesa but I use 51628 not the 51608 you listed. 51608 lists a rubber adhesive while 51628 is acrylic. Mine needs frequent replacing as it shows sweat and dirt way faster than normal tape but I've never experienced it splitting or leaving residue and I've been through many different rolls from different orders.

Btw, how do the Tririg SL brakes work? Any closer side / front pictures how they look on the bike?

Very good question. Compared to AX brakes much better, and a bit better than Ciamillio Lekki8 in my opinion. But here is oneissue: as you may know there is no stance width adjustment possible with these brakes, so they give you 3 sets of pad holders with different offsets to accomodate for various rim widths. Issue is that mw AX Lightness wheels are very narrow (22mm external rim width), hence even the pads with the most offset makes the brake pads sit at least 5mm from the rim on each side, impacting negatively the braking performance as you can imagine (see picture below). With wider rims it would be fine though.
My other remark is that there is a bit of fore/aft play in the brake arms around the black rivets.
I wrote to their customer service and they told me they can't provide brake shoes with more offset; nor do they plan to change anything in the design of the brakes.

Are the pads SwissStop Evos? They look like it with the smaller logo towards the front of the pad...
I say this because they made Evos in a lower profile than their regular pads because people with wider rims would have the opposite problem back in the day.
Maybe try regular/new pads?
