Instead of using the Cannondale Spider I will have a go at the 1 piece Cannondale Spidering SL in 50/34 at 158g

SRAM XG-1190 cassette in 11-32T + lockring, for a total of 194g (196g claimed) as I need a low gear ratio for steeper climbs.

As my rear mech is SRAM Red 2014 short cage, I need a Wolftooth roadLink to extend the derailleur and fit the 32T rear sprocket. It can take up to 40T.
Claimed and measured at 17g, but I replaced the main bolt with a lighter one for a total of 12g.

It is an aluminium bolt that came with a "copy" of the original Roadlink. Like the brand ZTTO for example

Tufo Elite tyres to keep it light.
Bought this chinese bullhorn carbon handlebar in 380mm. I did not find light carbon ones with a simple design from the main manufacturers. Tried several versions but this one came out best. Also shortened the ends to match my bike fit and added bar ends plugs

Bike is now finished, except for a few extra aesthetic touches, like cork handlebar tape to match the saddle color.
Unfortunately bike stayed for a few months at the local bike shop. That was after I ruined a Powercord install, I decided to bring it to the shop instead. After several attempts with the Powercords cables, and watching tutorial vidèos they still did not manage to get satisfactory results on shifting quality, so in the end reverted back to more traditional metal cables.
Will update the thread with final weight and components table

Wondering what is your experience with running corima red cork brake pads with AX Lightness ultra 25T wheels? For me the braking quality looks very poor, so I am wondering if it's the rims that have a super slippery braking surface (shiny gloss clearcoat like I read in another thread), or brake pads need to be a bit worn out or filed to grip better? Also considering switching to Swiss Stop black prince Carbon pads. Or perhaps it is the Lekki8 brakes poor performance...

Which ones would you recommend instead? On similar wheels?

I started to use SwissStop Flash Pro Black Prince for carbon since then and a Kool Stop Salmon for aluminium
