It’s a beautiful bike and that geometry recalls the fit of classic Italian frames I also desire. Long and stretched, but not low.
I don’t really agree that you find 90mm reach bars “normal”. In fact, they’re about as long, and stretched out as any bars available, within a few mm, no?
I find shortish stems with long reach bars a “tactic” found regularly on “comfort” bikes. It’s nice when on the tops, pretty stretched on the hoods, but a bit short in the drops.

Well yes, these days 75-80mm is perhaps more 'normal', but 90mm used to be - plus it means I can be nice and relaxed on the tops even with a 110mm stem, but my reach on the hoods is where it should be.

I am tempted to try a 120mm stem with 80mm bars, but I'm reluctant to lengthen my reach to the tops now.

This is an impeccable build - the rear stays look superb and build quality spot on - hope you are enjoying the campy, really suits the frame despite being such a modern groupo. Mind you the Parlee will barely ever age in classic geo :)

Full 'New York Dentist' mode; and with the new Pegoretti Falz v2 fork:

The wheels may be going up for sale by the way, in case anyone is keen...

Looks good with the curved fork...why are you possibly selling the wheels?

The wheels are my only method of fund raising to enable me to rebuild my Woody.

I have a Parlee Z1 for almost 8 years now. And it always amazes me every time I ride it. I've rebuilt it a few times to upgrade to current group set. I have 9100 dura ace 11 speed with EE brakes. With all the wirings done internally, nothing exposed. For me, it's my go to bike as i own a few bikes. Very comfortable and smooth ! It's a KEEPER.

I like the pink tape...I sometimes think of putting a soft pink tape on during the Giro, there's some nice matching saddles too.
