Thanks! My mistake, it's actually the Bailout so it's 9-10-11. I've tried the Overdrive as well but the jump is pretty big from 9-11 and I wasn't a fan. I've used the Bailout for several thousand miles now and really like it

Not a fan of 1x but frame looks the money!

Swapped for an Enve stem & computer mount, pretty much done for now. Eventually I'll get a lower profile wheelset as well

Really stunning, the headset is really subtle but just enough to set the build off.

Late to the party on this one but that's a really stunning finished product. Normally I find the smaller chainrings don't look great on road bikes but this one works, not sure if it's the DA9100 arms or the power meter but it doesn't look out of place. Does the left Di2 shifter do anything?

Much appreciated! I think the smaller frame makes the single chainring look more proportional but I know what you mean.

I have the left lever buttons set the same as the right so I can shift with either hand, but the hood buttons are set eTap style which I like to use with my thumbs

Well, this Ti bike is one of the nicest I've seen ... not a big fan of x1 but it doesn't detract from the very nice visual balance.

Been enjoying the bike but had a few issues and got a new one made with some changes/upgrades

Now with internal cable routing for mechanical 1x and welded bottle cage bosses (previously riveted). Going to build it back up with Campy Ekar (courtesy of RyanH), I9 35TL wheels, and 3T/Enve cockpit

This is soooo sleek, love it. Did you do the mods on the frame?

Thanks, it's actually a totally new frame from Alchemy! They did a great job updating it
