This looks like a super sick build. I would use a garbaruk chainring instead of the wolf tooth one because it matches the profile of the crank better but that is just me. I love how aggressive your geometry is.

Thanks! The Garbaruk does look nice it'd match nicely; does it need to be dremeled to fit the 9100 crank though? I know Rotor makes chainring caps and I have some Ultegra ones but they don't really match.

With Alchemy I would make triple sure that those tires will fit. When my wife got a custom Alchemy we requested clearance for big tires but a Conti 28mm tire did not fit in the rear-

The GP5000's run true to size so hopefully it's not an issue like the old 28mm GP4000's which would blow up to 30+mm on a wide rim

Some final pieces, changed my mind again and went with the matte bourbon headset & bb. Frame should be arriving any day now and the drivetrain will be donated from my Orbea

I would go with bebop titanium pedals instead of the speed play since the bebops will be lighter for both pedals and cleats (145 grams for pedals and cleats 60 grams) and shed mud easier and easy for you to walk around if you use spd shoes. The pedals can also be used with standard 3 hole shoes as well. Though bebops are no longer made I saw a titanium one on flea bay just the other day
